Priorities

Sometimes i wonder how priorities gets changed one after another some of them forcing thier way into the list ,some easing it out their way for an entry. Most of the forcing priorities are painful while adapting to them :(. The reason behind the painful entry being the clash of  chosen way of life.simply putting it clash of values, morals and lifestyle.
Ex:Adjusting to or  Living in an environment lack of commonsense,individuality and mutual selfrespect. This can happen at work or  at other places of living.

The easy ones are the ones i (everybody :)) likes most. They are the ones that keeps the smile we love to see on our faces  not to go away.They give the hope to carry forward  what we believed, lived and happy to adjust till the time.
Ex:A Good Friendship/Relationship, Happy Work Environment, Even an worthy investment ;)..

Last Two Months (October and November)

It all started in august when i attended a csc walk in drive for java on aug 4th. I am looking for changing the job to get a good salary as tcs wont offer much salary though it offers a secure and stable job,but little it satisfies anybody of my age.So i decided for a change and attended the above drive.After going through three rounds  i am through, received a offer with a 40% hike in salary. I have a personal function on Aug 26th at home to attend and i didn't resign there and then to tcs as during notice period in IT industry employees are not supposed to take planned leaves. That made my mind not to inform my current boss.I have asked for a notice period of two moths from csc and went for the function.Through entire episode i am thinking as tcs notice period is one month i can resign once back from home and by September end i will be released.On September 2nd i joined office. i have called up my boss ,his boss and big boss that i am changing the job and resigning. Though they can release me in one month they didn't do it instead they said they need at least two months as client won't be happy with the release.That made me little furious as there is no reason i can see how can client is unhappy with this as she never cared about who is venu in the team.In fact i should admit she is little dumb as whatever we say during calls whether a  good suggestion or bad one she says that's a brilliant thought we will implement it in  our project :-(..).Now the picture is clear to me these guys are intentionally keeping me in tcs without substantial reason.As i have joining on csc on Oct 4th now i am not able to make it.CSC guys called up me and putting pressure by giving extended dates for joining.I gave the entire picture what's happening to me in tcs and my condition.He is somehow not happy with this and gave me a final date of Oct 26th and said he can't help apart from this.So instead of sitting idle i started giving interviews during entire October.Apart from CSC i got 5 other offers(wavecrest,globallogic,adobe,rbs,uhg) all in same month and even my salary reached almost a million rupees now(for an exp of 3 years 3months it is quite high).Now i see at my bosses in tcs as people who actually helped me in reaching something more than what i expected when i am leaving tcs,Thank you guys.
